Obama Saves Detroit: Closes Profitable Dealerships, Raises Prices, Builds Cars Nobody Wants
The headline would be funny if it wasn't true:
The Cincinnati Enquirer reports on the corporate mandated closing of a local Chrysler dealership that currently posts 21 percent profit here.
AP reports that auto prices are expected to rise by $1,300 on new Obama environmental regulations here.
The current top-10 selling vehicles for April 2009 include three full size pickups and four mid-size sedans here.
Conservatives have been complaining for some time that Obama's vision of America includes penalizing the American Dream. Perhaps they know something....
